We start with individual objectives and perspectives for the day, forming our expectations on what we can all achieve to align with your future goals.

Brand Differentiation – so you think you’re special?

Review pre-work (individual brand health checks). Unify SWOT so we know what areas to focus on. Explore what other brands inspire you, and why.

Brand DNA – who exactly do you think you are?

Here we establish 3-5 behavioural characteristics and attributes of your brand that will guide and inform your proposition and positioning. Using an engaging card sorting exercise that gets us up and moving, we get alignment on the spirit and essence of your brand.

Audience Mapping – what do they really think and need?

Here we define your key audience personas and get clear on their mindset and needs, and what messaging will resonate with them.

Brand Purpose – why oh why?

Purpose is the foundation of your brand strategy. Building from the SWOT and DNA, we establish a distinctive and galvanising direction on purpose, and form an expression of your mission and vision.

Value Proposition – clearly communicate your unique value

Here we’ll use structured, tried and tested method to clearly and succinctly articulate the value your brand delivers to your stakeholders.

15.00 – 16.30
Brand Canvas - making your takeaway

In our final exercise of the day, using generative AI techniques, we create your Brand Canvas - a visualised strategy on a page, curating all the key insights and outputs from the day.

16.30 – 17.00
Review and Wrap - making sure you know where you’re going

(not just the way to the tube station)

Together we reflect on what’s been achieved during the day, how the objectives have been met, and highlight priorities for future development. Then some high-fives.
